GUARANTEE
We want you to shop with confidence so Kiddystore gives a six month guarantee on all pushchairs. All items have a seven day no quibble guarantee in addition to any suppliers guarantees. All goods returned must be unused with the original receipt enclosed and its original packaging, at your expense. Any refunds due will be dealt with as the statutory Distance Selling Regulations stipulate.
IMPORTANT - We regret we cannot offer refunds on mattresses, nappy products or assembled furniture
Failure within the guarantee period
Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted.
Where goods fail during the guarantee period we will arrange for collection and on inspection if the fault is confirmed to be due to manufacturing defect we will arrange repair or replacement if goods cannot be repaired. If however the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage we will provide a quote to rectify the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of repair and carriage.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON UK CUSTOMERS
All products are sold with a UK warranty. Should any item fail within its warranty period we will endeavour to find an authorised service agent in your country. If this cannot be done and the item must be returned to the UK for repair or refund, the customer must meet the costs of delivery to the UK and also return carraige where applicable. Outbound shipping charges are non refundable.
Payment
You can pay with any major Credit Cards, Switch and Solo. Your account is only charged when your order is dispatched, and you’ll receive a copy of the transaction in your parcel. You can also pay by cheque or postal order, made payable to Kiddystore.
Please allow the usual time for cheques to be cleared.
All prices include VAT @ 17.5% where applicable.
Standard deliveryDuring very busy periods, dispatch may be slightly delayed - so please allow up to 28 days. If you have not received your goods within 3 weeks of ordering, please contact us.
Next-day delivery - Does not include Sundays. Saturday incurs an extra charge of £20

This service is only available in mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding the Scottish Isles.
All parcels will need to be signed for on delivery. PLEASE NOTE: next-day delivery is not guaranteed on Bank Holidays or to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed by the next possible day.

does not apply for overseas orders.
For all deliveries outside of the UK i.e Overseas etc and BFPO there will be an additional postage cost. Please email sales@kiddystore.com for availability and price.
Whilst great care has been taken with the representation of products on this site, limitations of the processes involved in bringing the images to your screen mean that we are unable to guarantee that the colouring exactly matches that of the original product. All products in our catalogue comply with the appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and carry the CE mark.
